Established in 1995, we are a premier educational institution in Zambia committed to academic excellence and holistic student development.
Guiding principles that drive our institution forward
To provide quality education that empowers students to become critical thinkers, responsible citizens, and leaders in a changing world.
To be Zambia's leading secondary school, nurturing academic excellence, innovation, and character development.
We are dedicated to creating a supportive learning environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
Founded in 1995, Kamfinsa Day Secondary School began as a small community school with just 50 students and 5 dedicated teachers. From humble beginnings, we have grown into one of the most respected educational institutions in the Copperbelt Province.
In 2010, we implemented a comprehensive environmental education program, earning us recognition as one of the leading schools in the region. Our commitment to both academic rigor and character development has remained unwavering.
Today, we proudly serve over 980 students with modern facilities including science laboratories, computer labs, and a well-stocked library. Our alumni have gone on to excel in universities and careers across Zambia and beyond.
